Beach Groom's Cake

  Groom's Mom:

  Oh my I was thrilled beyond belief last night when I saw the cake! It was absolutely Perfect!!!! You captured Stephie and Josh and who they were in that cake. THEY LOVED IT!!!! Everyone was raving about it and it was DELICIOUS!!! For me this was so important because this was part of my love for them in the cake and as I saw the happiness in their eyes when they looked at the cake that said it all. Please know that you helped to make a wonderful rehearsal dinner very very special with your artistry in the cake. I will be telling everyone that you are the "GO TO " person for all cakes. Thank you again so much! You absolutely made my day!

These cupcakes where done for an 80th birthday party at Cedarwood Country Club. The cake flavors where chocolate, almond butter, carrot and white chocolate. The picture was printed on rice paper...a beautiful picture of the birthday gal.

Holly's Wedding Cake



 Byron's South End was the delivery location. The flowers were made from pink and white buttercream icing.  I enjoy making  the flowers. The pearls are edible pearls made from fondant.  Serving size is 100

Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for all you've done for us. The wedding cake was so beautiful and perfect and all that Holly had hoped for. The wedding and reception went perfectly. God gave us beautiful weather for an outdoor wedding.

Kelsey's Wedding Cake

  Alexander Homestead on Sharon Amity was the wedding reception location.  It was a very nice venue.  The cake was covered in fondant with a beautiful lace mold placed on the middle layer.  The brooch was made from fondant also.  The fresh flowers accented this cake beautifully.  Serving size for this cake was 125

  I just wanted to say thank you so much for making the beautiful cake for my wedding on August 10! I know it was extra work figuring out how to do the cameo brooch for the first time, so thank you so much for being willing to do that! I just looked at your blog to see the picture of it, which is great because I feel like I hardly had any time to take in the details during the reception. The little bit I had tasted wonderful, and I heard everyone loved the cake pops, just like you said! One girl even took home extra in her purse, haha!

Heather's Wedding Cake


This wedding cake was delivered to Winthrop University in Rock Hill. 
McBride hall was were the reception was held. The cake was covered in buttercream icing with fondant pearl accents .   Heather chose Vanilla cake with a strawberry mousse filling, Strawberry cake with a strawberry mousse filling and the bottom tier was red velvet with a cream cheese filling.   Serving size of this cake is 128

Shannon's Wedding Cake

I delivered this cake to the Morehead Inn near downtown Charlotte.  The cake was covered in buttercream with fondant accented leaves.  The cake topper was used by Shannon's parents for their wedding.  The cake flavors were Strawberry with a cream cheese filling and a chocolate fudge with a cream cheese filling.  This cake serves 100 people.

Wedding Cupcakes

 The bride and groom chose 3 different flavors to share with their guest....chocolate fudge, vanillla and carrot cake.  I decorated all of the cupcakes with buttercream frosting and some of them had a small chocolate decoration added to make them very festive.  The reception was held at the Palmer Building on Monroe close to uptown.
